Data Deletion

Members

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the Instagram username you connected.

Within 7 days of receiving your request, we delete your account, access token, Auto DM settings, and send records, and let you know by email.

If you remove DMPick in your Instagram settings, we immediately delete your account and stored information.

Commenters

If you received a DM from an account that uses DMPick, email the same address with your Instagram username to make a request.

We delete the send records containing that username within 7 days.
