Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Instagram comment Auto DM feature provided by DMPick (the "Service").

What the Service does

When a comment containing a keyword is posted on a post chosen by the member, the Service sends the commenter the DM set by the member and posts a public reply.

Messages are sent only through the official Instagram API provided by Meta. The Service does not receive members' Instagram passwords.

Members

You become a member by connecting an Instagram professional account. Only people aged 14 or older may connect.

Members may disconnect and request deletion of their data at any time. The Data Deletion page explains how.

Member obligations

Members must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use and Meta platform policies.

Members must not use the Service to connect accounts they do not manage, to send advertising to people who have not agreed to receive it, or to send the same message repeatedly to the point that it looks like spam.

If a member sends messages containing illegal information, fraud, or malicious links, the Service will stop their use immediately.

Sending limits

Under Instagram rules, a DM can be sent only once per comment, and only within 7 days after the comment is posted.

Each account has a limit on how many messages it can send per hour. Comments over the limit wait and are sent in order.

DMs may be delayed or not sent because of Meta's decisions or outages. The Service records failed sends and their causes in the send records.

Changes to and suspension of the Service

The Service may change or stop features when operationally necessary or when Meta's policies change. Important changes will be announced in advance on the Service's screens.

Liability

Members are responsible for the content of the messages they set and for the results of those messages. The Service is liable for damage caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the change will be announced on the Service's screens starting 7 days before it takes effect.
